About

Miami, Florida

A founder's viewof marketing.

Andrew Goldstein has built a company and sold it, led marketing in-house, and now advises the founders doing the same thing.

Most marketing advice arrives from people who have never had to make payroll on the back of it. Andrew’s has a different origin. He started a company in 2020, ran every function in it himself, and found out in public which parts of the theory survive contact with a real customer.

What survived became the way he works: understand the business before touching the brand, build the system before buying the attention, and be honest about which number actually moved. He is deliberate about that last part. Companies grow for many reasons, and claiming all of them is how credibility gets spent.

Today he works from Miami with founders and executive teams whose ambition has outpaced their infrastructure — usually the moment when demand exists but nothing behind it is repeatable.

The record

  1. 2020

He moved to Tallahassee and started building

Andrew relocated from Connecticut to Tallahassee in early 2020 and launched Tally Entertainment the same year — into a market that was, at that moment, about as hostile to live events as it had ever been. The company grew anyway, on the strength of brand, systems and follow-through rather than volume.

  2. The building years

He learned operations by owning them

Running Tally meant owning the whole chain: brand, pricing, the site, the CRM, the sales conversation and the delivery. That is where his view of marketing hardened — as the thing that sustains a business, not the layer applied to it afterwards. The company was eventually sold.

  3. Consumer goods

He took a product to market

As VP of Marketing & Sales at Deep Love Beverages, Andrew worked on the brand, packaging and commercial side of a consumer product — the difference between a good drink and a drink people pick up.

  4. Now

He works with companies at the ceiling

Through Goldstein Consulting, Andrew works with founders and leadership teams whose growth has outrun their infrastructure. The work is positioning, marketing systems and revenue operations — not campaigns for their own sake.
